Claim Denial Review

$35 per case

If your claim has been denied and you’re not sure why, I will review the details and help you understand what happened.

You’ll receive:

  • A clear explanation of the denial
  • Insight into what may have gone wrong
  • Guidance on possible next steps, including appeals if appropriate

Medical Bill & EOB Review

$75 per review

If you’ve received a bill or Explanation of Benefits (EOB) that doesn’t make sense, I will walk through it with you in plain language.

You’ll receive:

  • A breakdown of charges and payments
  • Explanation of what your insurance processed
  • Identification of anything that may need a second look

Benefit Review & Guidance

$45 per session

If you’re unsure what your plan actually covers, I can help you understand your benefits before or after services are received.

This includes:

  • Reviewing your plan details
  • Explaining coverage, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs
  • Answering your questions so you can make informed decisions
